Peter Dingerson founded D&W Real Estate, LLC in 2004. The brokerage has been doing REO’s for various banks and asset managers over the past several years and through these relationships we were first introduced to the Trustee Sale opportunities. Although we still have a strong presence in the REO listing community we have developed a department within the company that works exclusively with Trustee Sales. Because of our expertise in defaulted properties, D&W Real Estate has a full team in place to do all administrative and field work, including: cash for keys, rekeying, posting notices, construction management, trash outs, etc. We pride ourselves on our ability to take any purchase transaction from the initial receipt to the final closing.

Peter Dingerson, Owner, D&W Real Estate
Peter Dingerson has been working in the Las Vegas real estate market for more than 10 years in both residential and commercial. Peter has been responsible for hundreds of REO properties over his real estate career working with banks and outsourcers such as Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Chrisley Asset Management, Phoenix Asset Management, and many more. Prior to working with bank owned properties, Peter primarily worked with home builders in acquiring, entitling, and marketing land. As a graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in Mathematics, Peter left his home state of Illinois in 1996 for Nevada to become a mathematics educator for the Clark County School District. In 1999 he started his real estate career and 5 years later opened his own brokerage in 2004.

Zolt Szorenyi, Owner, Developer's Marketing Solutions
As President of Developer’s Marketing Solutions Zolt has been a licensed real estate agent in Las Vegas since 1997, and with D&W Real Estate since 2004. His vast experience covers Resale and New Construction, Single Family and Attached products, Representing and Negotiating for Buyers and Sellers on private and corporate levels, and Industrial and Multi Family Commercial products. From April of 2004 to August of 2006 he was the Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest Real Estate Marketing and Sales Firms in Las Vegas. Zolt founded Developers Marketing Solutions in 2006. He has put together a team of experienced professionals that includes specialists in market research and reporting, business development, marketing plans and budgeting, sales training and management, escrow management, project management and sales strategies through networks throughout the US. Since April of 2008, Zolt has launched the Trustee Sale and Foreclosure acquisition department. During that time, Developers Marketing Solutions and D&W Real Estate have found and purchased hundreds of properties. Most of these have been rehabilitated into a turnkey status, marketed, and then sold on the open market.
